How long have you been doing what you do and how did you get to be an Online Business Strategist and Technology Expert?
I’ve been working in the online business & technology space for over 12 years now. I didn’t realize I was an expert in this field until I had dozens of requests for technical support and logged hours of calls each week helping business owners with their technology, systems, integrations, and digital files. Helping others in this way lit up my heart and now it just comes naturally to me. Like anything else, I became an expert because of experience, trial and error. I’ve made a lot of mistakes and spent SO many frustrating hours figuring things out so that you won’t have to!

What happens if you haven’t yet worked with people in my field?
I’ve worked with a variety of industries, because the foundations of how technology works for online business owners is typically very similar across the board. I’ve worked with music artists, health and wellness coaches, event planners, orthodontists, business consultants, emotional intelligence coaches, and public speakers to name a few. What type of personality do you work best with and what is expected of me?
I work best with heart-centered, mission-driven, kind, and creative business owners. I expect my client to have a vision of what they want, even if they don’t know how it will happen. I expect them to share their content with us in their own words and express clearly what their brand should feel like and how it should look. I expect them to be excellent communicators, even if what they need to communicate is uncomfortable for them. Communication is so important in the work that I do, because knowing the intention and expectations for each project is critical to the final results. I also expect my client to be open-minded to new or unique ideas on how to solve problems. I often suggest trying different services (software and programs) that my clients aren’t familiar with because I know it will make things easier for them.
What exactly does Solmiga have to offer and what’s included in the packages and programs?
To start, we have a Digital Experience Audit & Blueprint where we take a look at your existing systems and tech, identify any gaps or ways we can improve, and strategically map out a plan to optimize your systems and match your vision.
From there, we have 3 Ongoing Support Plans:
- The Foundations Plan is a great place to dip your toes in the water with getting support around one specific area in your business. This is a great opportunity to get some foundational systems in place and build a consistent, reliable online presence for your leads and clients.
- The Momentum Plan is meant to be a catalyst to your results. You already have some great systems in place, and you’re ready to optimize your client’s experience while simplifying things for you and your team! At this tier, you have the option to add one-on-one calls to get strategic support & feedback, get technology & software recommendations, and ask all of your online business questions.
- The Partner Plan allows us to go ALL IN on helping you with your digital systems, business strategy, and online presence. We want to magnify all of the things you’re passionate about and how you want to help and impact the world. All options listed above are included, and responding to your email outreach takes top priority. We want your business to come alive online and for you to thrive.

How can I guarantee myself that I will get results?
The best things you can do are:
- Show up for your strategy sessions and consultations on time and with an intention of what’s most important to you.
- Use a password manager like “LastPass” to store all of your passwords. This makes it SO much easier when our team needs to come in to work on your site, post to social media, or format that newsletter.
- Keep an open mind. You don’t have to know HOW something is going to happen, you just need to know what your intention is and why you want that result, then communicate that clearly with me and my team. I promise that if you can think it up, there is a way that it can be done, and it’s not your job to figure all of that out.
- Allow yourself to rest, relax, and tap into your creative side. You’ll perform much better in your work, and the ideas will flow to you effortlessly.
Will I recover the investment I put into this package?
Our job is to free up your mind of all the technical worries that have been keeping you from doing the work that will bring you the income you deserve for the work you do in the world. We want you to spend less time worrying about what’s not working, and more time on doing the work that you LOVE! While we don’t make income claims, we can say that as a result of working with us, you’ll have a better client experience, which can increase revenue and improve retention of clients.
If I’m not sure I’m ready to get started, how can I sample your work at low cost to see if it’s the right solution for me?
We have tried many different ways to serve clients and we’ve found that beginning with a Digital Systems Audit and moving into a Long-Term Support Plan is the BEST way for you to get the results you’re looking for. We’ve found that, in the past, when we’ve offered lower-cost, piecemeal offerings, we were not able to fully connect with and support the bigger vision of the company, and ultimately ended up working on projects that were not the most productive in getting our clients the results they were truly seeking. For that reason, we don’t have a low-cost offering. We believe that the more invested you are in your business, the better results you’ll get, and we want the best for you and your business. Who are your clients exactly?
Heart-centered CEOs who sell their intellectual property as services through coaching, programs, memberships, and live events. They know the basics of getting around online, but often find that things they feel should be “simple fixes” slow down their projects by weeks or months at a time. Dealing with technology is really draining for them. They are tired of watching 18 minute YouTube videos only to realize they still haven’t found the solution they’re looking for. They often have a small team but find that there is a disconnect between their vision and what their team is able to produce. They are looking for someone to partner with who sees their vision and can read between the lines to create a strategic plan to get from point A to point B and then implement that plan. They want to stay in their zone of genius and be free to do what they love most, which is typically working with their lovely clients, leading classes or workshops, storytelling, and dreaming up big ideas.
How are you different from other “tech companies”?
I care deeply about my clients and become invested in each mission that’s important to them. One thing I’ve observed about other tech companies is that they can feel very apathetic, distant, and even condescending. Feeling “tech challenged” or not knowing how to make systems work is not an indication of skill level, knowledge, or expertise. Every business owner deserves respect and connection. One of my pet peeves in this industry is that tech companies are known for taking advantage of people who don’t understand technology. It’s my mission to empower clients to own their online systems and technology, to always have a say in what’s going on behind the scenes, and to never feel like they are being held hostage by any technology company. If you can dream it, it can be done. I do my best to help connect the dots between the vision, the plan and the optimized business systems.
For what type of professional is this program NOT going to work for?
My packages and programs will not work for business owners who are not invested in their own vision. Unfortunately, I cannot run your business for you; I am also not an operations manager. I love when my client is involved and fully steps into their role as CEO. My services will also not be a good fit for business owners who are impatient, insatiable, fickle, or who expect us to reply to emails at night and on the weekends. We promote healthy work-life boundaries for the best interest of all.
What are your programs like?
Our intensives, like the Digital Systems Audit, happen over Zoom as a VIP half-day. I buy you lunch and we spend time really digging in. After our session, my team and I will create a strategic plan for you. Then we’ll meet together again for a walkthrough session, where I’ll walk you through next steps.
Our Ongoing Support Plans include things like video editing, graphic design, technical troubleshooting, marketing support, and website maintenance. Some of our plans have regular strategy meetings to get clear on your vision and check-in on the status of any projects you’ve hired us to manage. All long-term support plan clients also have exclusive access to purchase additional one-on-one strategy or technical troubleshooting sessions with me (not available to the public).
How long is the program?
The Digital Systems Audit can take up to two weeks to complete.
Our Ongoing Support Plans start with a 6-month commitment.

How quickly can I expect results?
Some people have seen results within the first 20 minutes of working with me. It truly depends on your business and what support you need. Our support plans have a 6 month minimum, because it gives us the space, time, and familiarity with your brand to create a solid foundation and smooth systems. Your responsiveness as a client affects this time greatly, so being attentive and quick to reply goes a long way when it comes to the speed of seeing results.
I have a family and a busy life. Although I want my business and tech issues to be resolved, I don’t have much time to spare. How much time do I need?
Luckily, our Long-Term Support Plans only require about an hour long consultation followed by a few replies to emails as needed. Ideally, you’ll only need to spend about 90 minutes per month on this. And I’ll do my best to make the time more enjoyable.
Do people ever re-up?
Many of our clients work with us for years as long-term support partners in business. Occasionally a new Digital Systems Audit can be useful (perhaps annually).
